Hi, I’m Anna , founder of Mindful Alma.
My journey to becoming a grief and mindfulness coach began with a profound personal loss in 2020. During this time, I struggled to find meditation or yoga classes that didn’t feel triggering or that intensified my grief. Many spaces I encountered leaned heavily on fake positivity or pressured gratitude, which felt misaligned with the raw emotions I was experiencing. This gap made me realize the need for a more compassionate and authentic approach to mindfulness for grieving individuals.
Mindful Alma was born from this realization. It reflects my commitment to creating a safe, empathetic space where mindfulness, yoga, and meditation are tailored to honor and support the unique needs of those navigating grief. My mission is to help others find healing and reconnect with their inner strength without the pressure to suppress or invalidate their emotions.
